We lead in the provision of innovative and cost-effective lighting and lighting controls services for improving energy performance for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in the private and public sectors.
Our expertise extends to all stages of an energy management project, planning, implementation, financing, and monitoring. ENS also provides solutions beyond building lighting and controls. These include, Smart City Solutions and EV Charger Deployments.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssume full sales management responsibility for assigned territory and accountsDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presenceManage relationships with existing customers, playing an essential role in developing and maintaining the Company's image and reputation in the marketplaceCultivate and develop new relationships and partnerships with professional organizations to ensure program awareness and adoption.
Identify new sales opportunities to achieve sales expansion through a variety of prospecting activities including networking, prospecting, conducting on-site sales calls, and cold callingTrack, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationshipsIdentify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill themIdentify opportunities for improvement and strategies to execute solutions within the existing business model and channels; and perform other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business or similar field (or additional experience in lieu of degree)Proficient with MS Office SuiteKnowledge of lighting is requiredExperience selling and managing accounts in any of the following:
Lighting, Electrical Vehicle Chargers, Smart City SolutionsSuccessful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsProficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)Valid drivers license
