Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing operations strategies in collaboration with the marketing leadership team to support company goals, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, events, and other promotional activities, ensuring seamless integration across multiple channels. Analytics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks to track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. Marketing Automation: Lead the implementation and management of marketing automation tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to streamline processes, improve lead generation, and enhance customer engagement. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve marketing processes, workflows, and systems to increase operational efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders including sales, product management, customer success, and finance to align marketing operations with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer journey. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure the cost-effective utilization of resources.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years in marketing operations preferably in the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of success in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and their integration to optimize marketing operations. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a must. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing strategies. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with experience in building and developing high-performing marketing operations teams.
