We are dedicated to providing top-notch products and services that surpass customer expectations. We are in search of a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to become part of our team.

This full-time, in-office role is pivotal to our sales and account management activities, bringing the technical expertise necessary to support both our customers and sales team.

  • Manage an assigned and expanding portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to recognize and assess customer needs, and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Create and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential and current clients.
  • Offer technical assistance to customers throughout the sales process, including post-sale account management.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials that showcase the technical features and benefits of the products.
  • Train and assist internal sales staff on product knowledge and technical aspects.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering position.

Solid comprehension of AI applications and solution analysis.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated capability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

Willingness to work full-time, on-site in our North York office with no exceptions.
