With a track record of delivering exceptional services and fostering lucrative business opportunities, we are looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager to manage and grow key client relationships in Quebec.

This dynamic role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to account management. As the Commercial Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans
  • Driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Setting and monitoring sales targets for the account managers
  • Networking with key customers to identify specific needs
  • Ensuring brand consistency
  • Collecting and analyzing sales data and trends
  • Liaising with Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales team
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics
  • Utilizing market insights to inform decision-making and adapt sales strategies
  • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Solid experience in sales and customer service
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
