Job Summary: Joining Cove Drinks as a QA Tech means taking on a crucial role in maintaining top-tier quality standards throughout the beverage production process. From overseeing product development and regulatory adherence to collaborating with suppliers and enhancing operational processes, you will spearhead our efforts in delivering exceptional and inventive beverages.

Key Duties:

  • Thorough understanding of Quality Assurance documents (HACCP Plans, CCPs, SOPs, etc.) and completion of associated records.
  • Participation in internal and external quality audits and operational evaluations, offering prompt feedback and improvement suggestions to the QA Manager and Plant Management.
  • Conduct quality inspections on raw and finished products regularly to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Aid the Quality Manager in identifying, developing, and implementing modifications to specifications and the Quality Management System.
  • Enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Investigation of customer complaints and foreign object discoveries.
  • Coordination of shelf-life studies for new products, revised products, IPD tests, and customer requests.
  • Support for Exporter Organic Processes and Audits.
  • Review and assistance with NFTs, Labels, and Carton Specs.
  • Contribution to Sensory Testing, Retains, and Sample shipments.
  • Collaboration with R&D on new ingredients, recipes, and recipe enhancements.
  • Creation and review of SOPs for all procedures.

· Fulfill other job-related tasks as delegated.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Food Sciences.
  • Relevant experience of at least 1 year in a manufacturing production setting is advantageous.
  • Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Quality regulatory mandates and systems.
  • Comprehensive comprehension of food production processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication proficiencies.
