Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We need an enthusiastic professional to represent Adisseo's ruminant products to dairy nutritionists, feed mills, and distribution partners. Collaborating with the Canada Country Manager and Dairy Technical Managers is key to business growth, strategic planning, and customer service.


Geography:
Canada – ideally located in Ontario or Quebec

Home-office BasedReports To:

Canada Country ManagerBasic Qualifications:
Master's or Ph. D in dairy nutrition or related field. Familiarity with the Canadian livestock and nutrition sector is necessary along with at least 5 years of industry experience. Proficiency in ration formulation software (i.e. CNCPS, NRC) is a must. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and support the sales of Adisseo's dairy products, including amino acids and mycotoxin management solutions - Implement a territory business strategy to meet sales goals - Proactively engage with key influencers and decision-makers in the dairy sector - Represent Adisseo at industry events to uphold the company's reputation - Provide regular, insightful reports using CRM software such as Salesforce - Maintain a personal development plan for continuous growth

Additional Skills and Preferences: - Over 5 years of experience in the livestock feed industry - Bilingual (English/French) skills are advantageous - Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities - Proficient in prioritization, time management, and organization - Sales background in technical products or processes - Capable of working independently and in team settings - Familiarity with dairy production systems and nutrition business in the region - Understanding of amino acid balancing and formulation software (e.g., CNCPS, NRC) for ruminants - Advanced computer skills for documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations
