Responsibilities:

  • 12 years of experience in Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specification
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine dimensions and tolerances
  • Knowledge of Blow Molding & Vacuum Forming Molding is an asset
  • Load and unload workpieces into the machine using hoists or forklifts
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in basic math skills, including the ability to calculate dimensions, angles, and tolerances
  • Experience with Fanuc or HAAS controls preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability to assemble components accurately
  • Familiarity with Mastercam or other CAD software is a plus
  • Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments effectively
  • Knowledge of milling machines and machining processes is required

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
