Kingsway Cleaning, a trusted name in Toronto's cleaning scene, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Home Organize to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with clients in the Toronto area to assess their organizing needs and develop personalized decluttering and organization plans.
  • Help clients declutter their belongings, sorting through items for donation, disposal, or storage.
  • Assist clients in organizing their homes, implementing spacesaving solutions and creating functional systems for everyday living.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they maintain their organized spaces.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ensure client satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in home organizing and decluttering.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Is highly organized, detailoriented, and has a strong work ethic.
  • Is physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying.
  • Has a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (an asset, not mandatory).
