Our Banking client in
Toronto, is looking to hire an
Professional - Business Consultant - Entry or a
12 months contract role.


What you will be doing

  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand their current and future reporting requirements
  • Identify opportunities for automation and enhancements to current reporting processes that support management reporting and business as usual activities related to client onboarding and KYC/AML due diligence
  • Provide input on key performance indicators to assist with team performance and monitoring and build appropriate tools to deliver this information to stakeholders
  • Understand the CIBC CM client onboarding process and workflow in order to construct end to end client lifecycle reporting
  • Document the process and procedures for generating metrics and reporting as needed
  • Support build out of client data governance program
  • Support other initiatives and projects as assigned by the Director and Executive Director

What you will need to succeed

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ Years' experience as a Business Consultant/Analyst or Data Analyst
  • Experience working within an AGILE environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills (Advanced Excel
  • Formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • 2+ Years' experience with Alteryx & Power BI *Manager will accept only Alteryx experience
  • Must be able to read/write & understand SQL
  • University Degree

Nice to have skills:

  • Work experience within Capital Markets or Financial Institution industry in the area(s) of Client Onboarding, Change Management and Client Data Analysis.
  • Tableau
  • Power Automate
  • University degree in business, data analytics, math, statistics or operations research is an asset.
