We're looking for a confident, people-oriented, organized Billing and Collections Clerk to
join our growing team. Our company is also comprised of collaborative Bookkeepers,
Controllers and CFOs who work cohesively to provide small and medium sized businesses
with amazing finance ops.

You will be primarily responsible for sending out invoices and performing friendly follow up
naturally positive disposition, be very organized and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse
environment and possess excellent communication skills.
You will be required to come to our lovely Kanata office 3 days week on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, Thursdays from 9:00am-5:00pm. On Mondays and Fridays we work the
same hours but from home

What You'll do

  • Follow predetermined procedures to create and issue invoices
  • Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for
and properly posted

  • Resolve billing issues, escalating to Manager as required
  • Pull reports that support sales
  • Generate report detailing accounts receivable status
  • Troubleshoot payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans
  • Other administrative tasks that may be necessary to support sales receipts.
