We are seeking a part-time, reliable and detail-oriented Logistics/Shipping/ Clerk to join our team.
- Responsibilities:

- Coordinate local and international shipments through several different transport companies, arranging for efficient delivery and pickup
- Manage the process of the shipping documentation and coordination, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and custom forms, accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to customer shipping inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in order entry into an ERP system
- Requirements:

- Prior shipping experience with FedEx, UPS, Purolator and DHL is a necessity
- Proven experience in shipping or a similar role, with a strong understanding of shipping procedures
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation required
- Good computer skills of Microsoft Office(Excel and Outlook) required
- Knowledge of Momentis an asset
- Additional Information:

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Part-time of approximately 20 hours per week.
- Work schedule is flexible

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
