**TON MANDAT**:
La personne qui occupera la position de lead CreatureFX travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la superviseure CreatureFX ainsi que l'équipe de production pour s'assurer du bon déroulement et du respect des délais de l'équipe CFX et d'animateurs techniques. Elle aura comme mandat de développer les "assets", de compléter les "shots" ainsi que de supporter l'équipe de CFX dans la gestion des livrables avec l'aide de la superviseure CFX. La participation aux rencontres de planification sera requise. Le(La) lead CFX sera l'agent(e) principal(e) de liaison entre l'équipe de production et les artistes pour communiquer les projets en cours et les mises à jour des tâches liées aux livraisons de "shows" et aux autres besoins des membres de son équipe. La personne contribuera à la documentation du département et au développement d'outils interne au besoin.

**TES PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Supporter l'équipe de CFX et/ou de l'équipe d'animateurs techniques sur un même projet pour répondre aux livraisons du "show" avec l'aide de la superviseure CFX;
- Construire des "assets" pour la production de "shots" incluant la simulation et les set-ups pour les vêtements, poils, cheveux, muscles, peau, etc.;
- Livrer de belles simulation artistiques pour les "shots";
- Effectuez la mise au point finale, si nécessaire, pour améliorer la beauté artistique des "shots" avant de le transmettre aux autres départements;
- Établir les "workflows" de l'équipe, identifier les besoins des "shows" et proposer des solutions aux défis éventuels du projet;
- Participer aux réunions de production et leur donner des mises à jour sur l'avancement du "show" et les livraisons du projet à la demande de la superviseure CFX;
- Travailler avec les autres départements pour trouver des solutions efficaces et efficientes selon les besoins du projet;
- Travailler avec l'équipe de pipeline pour implémenter et faire les mises à jour des aspects du pipeline reliés aux CFX au besoin et avec l'aide de la superviseure et du HOD;
- Au besoin et en collaboration avec la superviseur et le HOD, développer des outils pour aider à l'aboutissement du projet;
- Participer au développement et à la maintenance de la documentation;
- À la demande de la superviseure et du HOD, participer au développement et à la mise à jour du matériel de formation du département pour les artistes CFX et Tech Anim.

**TU AS**:

- Un diplôme DEC/AEC ou formation universitaire en lien avec le poste (animation 3D, multimédia, etc.);
- Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience comme artiste CFX senior dans le domaine de l'animation ou du VFX;
- Une bonne maîtrise des concepts de simulation et de "workflows";
- Une bonne maîtrise des outils, concepts et "workflows";
- Une forte compétence avec Maya et/ou Houdini;
- Une bonne maîtrise de Maya's Nucleus ou d'Houdini Vellum;
- De l'expérience en programmation Python, un atout.
