  • Oversee materials and equipment used by Technical Services Team and ensure sparing levels are maintained.*
  • Initiate regular and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
  • Material management (Equipment preparation, defective equipment, special projects).
  • Report missing items, ensure equipment is ordered to avoid delays.
  • Participate in team meetings so that the entire team is on the same page on project progress.
  • Focus on delivering value to the customers by controlling all work processes.
  • Communicate if a task is delayed or can not meet scheduled timeline.
  • Proactively identify any disruptions before they occur and take steps to resolve.

Data entry

  • Collection and entry of data(equipment, radio programing, flash codes) in databases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking input.

Provide Dispatch assistance on occasion for vacations and absences.

  • General operations coordination of Technical Services Team and its stakeholders(Sales, Customer Service, Project management and Supply Chain).
  • Serve as the point of contact for techs.
  • Scheduling the delivery of work with customers and/or Project Management to meet commitments.
  • Monitor Bench radio repair to ensure that work items are completed regularly, and no interruptions occur.

Salary:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
