POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be handling outbound and inbound calls, as well as email communications for MDU, Home Builder, and Network Expansion opportunities. Your main goal is to maximize sales opportunities and provide top-notch customer service. We are looking for a Sales Advisor who is highly motivated, thrives in a competitive environment, and is focused on exceeding targets. You should be resilient, proactive in seeking sales opportunities, and comfortable with challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make outbound calls to sales leads to acquire new sales and upsell to existing customers, and follow up with prospects.
  • Manage and maintain individual sales funnel accuracy daily.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries for Residential products, offering customized solutions and meeting or exceeding quality and sales targets.
  • Promote and up-sell products with each customer contact, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Maximize leads from various channels to achieve sales results.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of sales leads to support teams in F2F interactions for closing.
  • Drive sales opportunities from qualification to close, tracking upgrades, cross-sells, and new customer acquisitions.
  • Efforts to retain customers considering cancelation or downgrades.
  • Accurate data input for all customer requests.
  • Assist with departmental requests and special projects.
  • Constantly provide excellent service to customers, addressing needs promptly and professionally.
  • Take necessary measures to ensure health and safety for all.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSACADEMIC TRAINING

- College Diploma or equivalent education and experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3 years of sales-focused contact center experience.
- Customer service and first call resolution skills.
- Consistently meeting KPI expectations.

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

- Strong communication skills, bilingualism as an asset.
- Ability to grab customer attention and overcome objections.
- Interpersonal skills with a customer service attitude.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, troubleshoot customer issues.
- Self-motivated, open to learning and change.
- Prior inbound sales experience required.
- PC proficient with navigation abilities.
- Experience in Salesforce and lead management tools an asset.
- Understanding of broadband, telecom, cable, and internet industries an asset.
