Accountabilities: How You Will Make an ImpactYour role involves providing human factors expertise to power generation utilities and other clients. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in some of the following areas:
- Development, review, and implementation of Human Factors Engineering Program Plans (HFEPPs) according to industry standards
- Task analysis and function analysis
- Usability testing and human-system interface design
- Root cause analysis and workload analysis
- Safety management and probabilistic risk assessment
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proficiency in software programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Marketing skills, including technical paper writing and presentation
Willingness to travel and work at client sites
