CanNor is looking for its next Vice-President, Pan-Territorial Operations to lead economic development programs and services across Canada's three territories.


About the Role:


As the Vice-President, Pan-Territorial Operations, you will provide leadership to your teams located in Iqaluit (Nunavut), Yellowknife (Northwest Territories) and Whitehorse (Yukon), to promote and advance economic development in northern Canada through regional intelligence, strategic thinking and operations planning, and the oversight of programs.

You will work closely with Territorial governments, Indigenous organizations and northern communities to foster and manage strategic pan-northern, regional and community investment projects and programs in the form of grants and contributions programs.

Reporting to the President, you will have a seat at the Executive management table and regularly provide advice to the President and Minister.

Total Compensation and Benefits:
This Executive position includes the following competitive compensation and benefits:

Intent of the process:

The intent of this process is to fill one full-time indeterminate (permanent) position in Iqaluit, Nunavut.


Inuit enrolled under the Nunavut Agreement who are found qualified in this staffing process will be appointed ahead of other qualified applicants.
