  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Actively engage with customers to identify sales opportunities and promote products or services
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to track leads, prospects, and sales activities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide product information or resolve inquiries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Assist with sales administration tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and customer followup

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
  • Knowledge of Lakeside Grain & Feed and agriculture sector is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
