Relevant du directeur du développement des affaires pour l'est du Canada, le représentant en développement des affaires jouera un rôle critique dans l'élaboration et la promotion de solutions produits.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir en tant que représentant en développement des affaires :

Expérience dans le développement et la croissance de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires en cultivant des relations avec les parties prenantes clés, notamment les propriétaires et les ingénieurs. Nous recherchons une personne motivée qui aime travailler de manière autonome tout en étant membre d'une équipe de collègues hautement qualifiés. Un aspect important de cette opportunité sera de sensibiliser à la gamme complète de solutions du produit et de créer un changement. Cela nécessitera une compréhension approfondie de la communauté de la construction. Vous devrez maintenir une base de connaissances solide sur l'ensemble des solutions et services du produit sur le marché. Vous devrez maintenir un contact étroit avec toutes les parties prenantes pour créer, convertir et maintenir les normes d'ingénierie pour le produit. En tant que membre de notre équipe de vente réussie, vous serez responsable de développer notre entreprise en atteignant les objectifs fixés. Développement et exécution de conseils en petits groupes incluant les plus hauts niveaux de propriétaires, d'ingénieurs et de cadres de produits.

Connaissances et expérience requises :

Expérience pertinente approfondie dans les domaines de la construction et de l'ingénierie ; Piste de vente prouvée, y compris la gestion de compte, la réalisation d'objectifs et les ventes complexes axées sur les niveaux de propriété et d'ingénierie ; Solides compétences en ingénierie pour rédiger et développer des spécifications de conception ; Excellentes compétences en communication ; Maintien d'une conduite et d'une apparence professionnelles ; Déplacements selon les besoins ; Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, en gestion de la construction ou en administration des affaires (BCOM). Une maîtrise en génie mécanique, gestion de la construction ou MBA sera considérée comme un atout.

Bilingual Business Development Representative

Montreal, QC

Reporting to the Eastern Canadian Business Development Manager, the Business Development Representative will play a critical role in the development and advancement of product solutions.

What You Will Need for Success as Business Development Representative

Experience developing and growing new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders with owners and engineering. We're looking for a self-starter who enjoys working in an autonomous leadership role while being a member of a team of highly skilled colleagues. An important aspect of this opportunity will be raising awareness of the product's full range of solutions and to create change. This will involve a deep understanding of the construction community. You will need to maintain a sound knowledge base across the product's full scope of market solutions and services. You will need to maintain close contact with all stakeholders to create, convert and sustain engineering standards to the product. As part of our successful sales team, you'll be responsible for growing our business by meeting set targets and goals. Development and execution of small group councils to include highest levels of owners, engineers and product executives.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Extensive relevant experience within the construction and engineering fields; Proven sales track record, including account management, achieving targets and complex sales driven at the owner and engineering levels; Strong Engineering skills in writing and developing design specifications; Excellent communication skills; Professional demeanor and appearance; Travel as required; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or BCOM Master's degree in Mechanical or Construction Management or MBA will be considered a plus.

Salary: $100 – 120k (based on experience)+ (car, uncapped commission&bonus)
