First Truck is looking for a TOP SERVICE ADVISOR in the industry who excels at creating a high quality customer experience.

Primary Job Functions

  • Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs
  • Create estimates
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician
  • Follow up with customers and keep them updated
  • Explain all work performed and charges

Qualifications

  • Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools
  • Selfstarter and able to work in a fastpaced, detailed, and processdriven environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
