Our Senior Leadership Team is looking for a Corporate Analyst with experience in data analytics, Microsoft Suites - primarily advanced in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Share Point.

Canadian Shield Health Care Services is in search of outgoing, kind, and ambitious individuals to join our Team to contribute to our mission of providing Clients with a superior level of care.

This role provides expertise in data collection, evaluation and continuous improvement of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • University/College education in business and/or data analytics
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced Data Analytics experience is required
  • Advanced Power BI development experience is required
  • Advanced Share Point development is required
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (specifically with MS Excel and MS Access), Visio
  • Ability to synthesize large amount of business data and derive insights and recommendations
  • Office experience is required

Qualifications

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
  • Health Care knowledge / experience is an asset
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working within a team.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professionalism and strong Client / Customer Service skills.
  • Must be able to manage a high stress environment
  • Experience with Power Automate is an asset
