Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data gathering and entry tasks accurately and timely according to team production standards.
  • Execute standard data entry tasks, ensuring minimum production and accuracy standards are met.
  • Record data from one source to another, inspecting for completeness, accuracy, and potential processing issues.
  • Maintain great attention to detail in a tedious and repetitive work environment.
  • Follow job aids and instructions with strong reading comprehension.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel) for data entry tasks, including mail merging.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience with FINTRAC reporting.
  • Experience in the banking and/or insurance industry.
  • Tech-savvy candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
