The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for having a strong aptitude for understanding complex business problems and translating their technical knowledge into practical, implementable solutions that will drive high impact business value.

Define and implement technical strategies and architecture for software development projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC).
Design, develop, test, and maintain system solutions.
Produce and maintain thorough technical and functional documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance software development processes and capabilities.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in software development, preferable in the financial services industry.
~ Strong technical expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
~ Deep understanding and proficiency in software development and frameworks relevant to financial services industry.
Proven experience in developing and integrating APIs for data exchange using RESTful services.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to resolve complex software challenges.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts.
Technical writing and well-organized documentation skills.
