Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and tracking project goals, timelines, resources, and budget with extreme attention to detail.
  • Utilizing project management software to document, track, and report progress in realtime.
  • Acting as a primary point of communication, providing frequent status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally with game designers, engineers, artists, and other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Identifying, communicating, and managing project risks and issues.
  • Leading agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Game Design, Business, Project Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the gaming industry.
  • Strong experience with project management tools like Notion, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of game development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and manage challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in project scope and direction.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise status updates in realtime.
  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with various genres and trends.
