D'Armes is a lighting design and manufacturing studio. Located in Morin-Heights, in the heart of the Laurentides, the workshop is a space for research and experimentation where we create unique objects, sold internationally.

The studio is looking to add a new member to its small team to take on marketing and branding responsibilities.

In a climate conducive to creation and professional well-being, the members of the team help each other with their wide variety of tasks in order to develop the studio.
- Be motivated, passionate and want to invest for the long term.
- Be excellent at communicating with international customers and partners and meeting their needs.
- Have an excellent level of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in French, both written and spoken.
- Great visual communication skills. Graphic sensibilities.
- Ability to synthesize research and make decisions.
- Have relevant education and/or experience.

**Tasks**:

- Brand positioning_
- Understand the target market - interior design and architecture - in order to position the studio's high-end brand image.
- Propose strategies and direct their implementation.
- Creation and distribution of content._
- Coordinate the creation of visuals: photoshoots, renderings, advertising, catalogs, etc...
- Storytelling and writing.
- Social media, website, impressions.
- Media relations: press kits, follow-ups, etc.
- Development of the sales network:_
- Identification and canvassing of new resellers.
- Relationship with resellers.
- Promotion of the brand and products in their showrooms and websites.
- Customer relations_
- Develop customer relation strategy using relevant tools (CRM, procedures, etc.).
- Represent the brand internationally_
- Organization and presence at various events (Examples: Design Week in Milan or New York)

**Responsable Marketing et Image de Marque**

D'Armes est un studio de design et fabrication de luminaires. Situé à Morin-Heights, au cœur des Laurentides, l'atelier est un lieu de recherche et d'expérimentation où l'on crée des objets singuliers, vendus internationalement.

Le studio cherche à ajouter un nouveau membre à sa petite équipe afin de prendre en charge les responsabilités du marketing et de l'image de marque.

Dans un climat propice à la création et au bien-être professionnel, les membres de l'équipe s'entraident dans leurs missions très variées afin de développer le studio.
- Être motivé, passionné et souhaiter s'investir à long terme.
- Être excellent pour communiquer avec les clients et partenaires à l'international et répondre à leurs besoins.
- Avoir un excellent niveau d'anglais écrit et parlé. Capacité à communiquer en Français à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Grandes habilités en communication visuelle. Sensibilité graphique.
- Capacité de recherche de synthèse et de prises de décisions.
- Avoir une formation et/ou expérience pertinente.

**Taches**:

- Positionnement de marque_
- Comprendre le marché cible -design intérieur et architecture
- afin de positionner l'image de marque haut de gamme du studio.
- Proposer des stratégies et diriger leurs mises en œuvre.
- Création et diffusion de contenu._
- Coordonner la création des visuels : photoshoots, rendus, publicité, catalogues etc
- Storytelling et rédaction.
- Média sociaux, site web, impressions.
- Relation médias : dossiers de presse, suivis, etc.
- Développement du réseau de vente :_
- Identification et démarchage de nouveaux revendeurs.
- Relation avec les revendeurs.
- Mise en valeur de la marque et des produits dans leurs showrooms et sites internet.
- Relation clients_
- Mettre en place une stratégie et les outils de relation avec les clients.
- Représenter la marque à l'international_
- Organisation et présence à différents événements (Exemples : Design Week de Milan ou de New-York)
