Reporting to the General Manager, this role is ultimately responsible for the strategic leadership and the development of a full spectrum of casino, hotel, entertainment and retail marketing plans with a focus on development of the mass market segments.

In this dynamic role, you will also be accountable for the strategic management and execution of all online and print marketing including, PR, promotions, community relations, giveaways, media, and sponsorships.

About the Role:

  • Strategically plan, implement and review all promotional activities and Marketing events using data, analytics and creative thinking
  • Develop and deliver effective marketing communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide marketing expertise and leadership within the marketing department and committees
  • Develop the Mindil Beach Casino Resort brand and brand positioning
  • Manage the marketing budget ensuring optimum ROI
  • Keep up to date with market trends, the competitor and economic environment to ensure continued growth and relevance to the target markets

About You:

  • Proven Senior Management Marketing experience in a large-scale entertainment business or gaming operation
  • Formal qualifications in a business-related degree
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Exceptional English language, copy writing and proof-reading skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, organisational, and project management skills
  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to influence
  • Creative strategic approach
