The Governance and Efficiency team, within the Workforce Development and Analytics branch, leads HR business process management and HR data governance functions with an outcome to deliver client-focused and timely HR services including enhancements to the integration, efficiency and functionality of government's HR system.


Role:

  • Demonstrate strong understanding across a broad spectrum of HR functions as well as project management, coordination, strategic planning, policy advice, lean process design, and change management skills to transform HR business processes
  • Draw on theoretical HR working knowledge of all HR functions as well as knowledge of business and client needs to lead complex HR projects and ensure that improved program/service delivery aligns with strategic GoA and PSC objectives
  • Manage organizational changes from enabling HR technology and HR business process reengineering
  • Provide advice to executive and senior leadership on a variety of issues, concerns and inquiries

Qualifications:


Requirements include project management and change management experience, a broad understanding of all HR functions, and demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex problems including advice to senior leadership.


Assets include foundational knowledge of all aspects of talent management (e.g., competency development, succession planning, performance management), supervisory experience, knowledge of workflow enabled human resource information management systems, and experience in developing business processes.
