Responsibilities:

  • Support management on day to day tasks by coordinating and executing requests;
  • Perform project management activities including timeline management, and effectively communicating to management
  • Journaling daily meeting notes and drafting professionally formatted documents
  • Booking and managing calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, prioritizing appointments/meetings
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring efficiency throughout the day to day office operations;
  • Other administration duties and various reporting tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 1 Year previous administration/assistant position
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office programs
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively

Schedule:

Full-time hours

Monday to Friday

8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Wage:

$ $17.50

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$16.50-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
