The Job:
Join our team as an Inbound Warranty Sales Associate where you will engage with customers following appliance purchases to offer extended warranties.
You'll be:
- Engaging with customers via phone, establishing rapport, and enhancing their experience by asking relevant questions and attentively listening to their needs
- Recommending products and services tailored to each customer, addressing concerns by showcasing the value of our offerings
- Building customer relationships through active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration

What We Offer:

- Fully remote position
- Two weeks of comprehensive paid training
- Competitive hourly base pay of $16.50 ($16.75 in BC) plus performance bonuses
- Full-time role with 40 hours per week

You'd be a Great Fit if You:
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales and customer service
- Possess call center background
- Demonstrate strong technical skills and adaptability to new software applications
- Be a clear and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
- Have a dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Exhibit empathy, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Be open to feedback, coaching, and learning opportunities
- Reside and work in the United States
Technical Requirements:
Ensure you have:
- Windows 10 or 11 computer
- 8 GB RAM
- Minimum Intel I3 processor
- Ethernet connection to the modem
- Internet speeds of 15Mbs download/5Mbs upload
- Webcam for training sessions
- USB Headset
