Job Description: As a Technical Recruiter at GrizzlyTrek, you will be crucial in sourcing skilled tradespeople for oil and gas projects, with a focus on Indigenous recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit top tradespeople for oil and gas projects
- Sourcing: Develop effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Indigenous communities and partners
- Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidates to meet technical and cultural requirements
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional recruitment experience
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to understand workforce needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of oil and gas operations is essential
- Familiarity with Indigenous communities and cultural sensitivities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and proficient in recruitment software
