We have an opening for a Client Success Specialist, Vehicle Acquisition at Element Fleet Management. As a global leader in fleet management solutions, we are dedicated to delivering unparalleled services to our clients.

Your Role

As the Client Success Specialist, Vehicle Acquisition, you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding vehicle orders and status updates. Your responsibilities include providing support and guidance throughout the new vehicle procurement process, coordinating upfitting, transportation logistics, and managing status updates.

A Day in the Life

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

  • Manage client orders from submission to delivery
  • Collaborate with dealers and suppliers for order fulfillment
  • Participate in client calls and vendor meetings
  • Provide resolution support for order-related issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and communicate order status
  • Excel at data analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of Fleet Management or Vendor Management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience and familiarity with fleet operations
