Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Tekla models following the structural and architectural design drawings and specifications in compliance with applicable standards and building codes.
  • Connect steel member per connection design information provided by the EOR
  • Create and incorporate all RFI's promptly when discrepancies are found or additional information is required to complete the process and follow up as needed.
  • Create and modifies drawings for Approval, Assembly, Asbuilts, and Erection Drawings
  • Coordinate with fabricators, engineers, and architects to meet project requirements
  • Prepare drawing packages and issue them to the client per scheduled delivery dates.

Qualifications:

  • Any level of knowledge of Tekla Structures
  • Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel construction, fabrication, and the ability to read drawings
  • Selfmotivated and able to complete multiple tasks with mínimal guidance
  • Deadlinedriven with an attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Diploma/certificate
  • Canadian Citizenship/Legally able to work in Canada
