Renocon Design Centre is a one-stop-shop for new construction and renovation in both the residential and commercial sectors. We are a young and vibrant design company that creates high-performance, responsible and well-designed interiors. Our new flagship showroom is in the heart of the Design District in Kitsilano. Plan A:
Work at Renocon Design Centre.

Plan to use your three years of construction planning experience to push yourself and the projects you work on to new levels.

Plan to listen, learn, and excel. Plan to take the headache out of renovations for our clients. Plan to work a lot, sometimes even through your lunch. Plan to work on many projects at once. Plan to be persuasive and prolific. Plan to work with your team of interior designers, sales specialists, and trades to get things done. Plan to exceed our clients' expectations. Plan to work on small residential projects to large commercial ones. Plan to work with homeowners, builders, interior designers, and architects. Plan to bring people and projects together in ways that make it look easy. Plan for contingencies. Plan to fall down. Plan to get right back up. Plan for a beautiful workplace and lots of great people to help you when you need it. Plan for the ride of your life . . .

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • New business procurement: B2C & B2B
  • Brand New State of the art Material Showroom and Office Environment
  • Assist with budget development, progress measurement, and cost forecasting.
  • Preparation of monthly internal and client benchmark/milestone reports.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedule using the current project management software tools; scheduling and prioritizing the completion of work.
  • Efficiently organizing and maintaining individual trades.
  • Actively involved with sales team and trades on site.
  • Participate in product knowledge training with our staff & suppliers.
  • Apply strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong ability to keep calm and find solutions to unforeseen problems.
  • Enjoy working in a fun atmosphere

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Three (3) years of Project Coordination industry experience.
  • Strong customer service
  • Excel at sales and communication
  • Strong knowledge of home renovations.
  • Postsecondary education and relevant courses in management & supervision would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of general management principles.
  • Strong drive and proven track record of successfully completing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
