The Surveillance Investigator position will involve the completion of surveillance files while effectively gathering meaningful evidence that achieves client and management goals.

Competencies Required

  • Possession of a valid Ontario Investigator license;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to write detailed, comprehensive reports;
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well both independently and with a team;
  • A methodical thinker with problem solving skills and an investigative mindset;
  • Comfortable with the use of a computer, standard programs, and use of proper camera & video equipment;
  • Must keep all sensitive information confidential;
  • Ability to stay organized and meet company deadlines; and
  • Access to a reliable motor vehicle that is suitable for surveillance and the ability to travel throughout Ontario.

Experience

  • Experience conducting mobile and foot surveillance for insurance claims and corporate investigations is an asset; and
  • Experience in the law enforcement industry is an asset

Education

  • Completion of Investigator training/course; and
  • Possession of a valid Ontario Investigator license

Salary:
$22.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

  • PI License (required)
