This Canada/Midwest U.S. schedule is running 5 days out and averages 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week.

  • Depart the Greater Toronto Area on Monday at 0800 to deliver in Sault Ste Marie
  • Depart Sault Ste Marie to the Midwest U.S. (primarily Michigan and Wisconsin)
  • Reload and return to Ontario
  • Will next complete another Sault Ste Marie to Midwest U.S. to Mississauga triangle or a load to the Midwest U.S. and return to Mississauga
  • The Midwest U.S. areas include Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Indiana, Nebraska, and Arkansas
  • A northern Ontario pay premium applies
  • Additional work might be available, dependent on freight and hours of service
  • Owner-Operator with tractortrailer experience
  • Must be U.S. qualified
  • Must be able to drive Highway 17 in Ontario 12 months of the year
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Tractor must be equipped with a DEF system
  • Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license
  • Reliable, flexible, and punctual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Values safety
