Job Summary

Bison Transport is seeking a skilled Cross-Border Short Haul Class 1/AZ Driver to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for running short-haul routes between Canada and the U.S., primarily in Ontario, Quebec, and the Northeast U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer on short-haul routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
  • Hold a valid FAST card and be eligible to drive in the U.S.
  • Have a valid Class 1/AZ license and a strong understanding of highway 17 in Ontario
  • Work weekends and be flexible with your schedule
  • Pull refrigerated freight if available and adapt to changing regional freight requirements
Requirements
  • Company Driver with tractor-trailer experience
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on safety
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
