KFHC is searching for a full-time Asset and Project Management Assistant to provide administrative and project management coordination and support to assist in the management and development of KFHC existing and future housing portfolio.

The position will provide confidential services to the Corporations' Project Development Team and will take on new responsibilities and duties as special projects and programs become available to KFHC.

The position is non-union with a starting salary of $56, 155 annually and a comprehensive employee benefit program. The work week is a 35-hour work week Monday to Friday. In addition, there is a requirement to participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies which is compensated separately.

The successful applicant must have a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, a proven ability to deliver results and to manage short and long-term priorities and objectives.


Qualifications:

 Three-year degree in Business Administration or diploma with experience in a related field.

 Minimum three years of accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and data entry with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.

 Knowledge of business operations, processes, and internal control systems.

 Strong analytical skills, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy and changing work environment.

 Demonstrated ability and discretion when dealing with confidential information.

 Development and construction experiences with and proficiency in asset management and construction software an asset. (ie. Yardi)

 Proficiency in computerized systems including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 Obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and possess a valid G driver's license.
