Position Overview:
Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to the Finning family. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor this individual will be responsible for administrative tasks within the branch.

You will work closely with local field personnel and contribute on a team of highly committed professionals who's organizational and communication skills provide effective and efficient support to Finning's business.


Job Description:

Major Job Functions

  • Clerical work
  • Manage data and time entry
  • Reception duties
  • Maintenance and management of Stationary inventory
  • Miscellaneous computer updates
  • Responsible for replacement cell phones and computers
  • Support of processing expense reports
  • Entry level invoicing
Specific Skills & Experience

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone and computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in handling computer issues
  • Previous office experience
  • Ability to work in an open concept, dynamic office environment with many peers
  • Microsoft Office experience would be considered an asset
