Stahl Peterbilt is searching for an exceptional Branch Manager to lead our Parts and Service dealership located in Fort McMurray.

Stahl Peterbilt is built on the foundation of delivering outstanding customer service, and you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing this key focus of our business.

As the Branch Manager of Fort McMurray, you will be at the forefront of our dealership's success, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving growth.

You'll lead a team of parts and service technicians, administrative personnel, and work in close conjunction with the Parts and Service Operations team to build and maintain relationships with employees and customers.

Job Description and Responsibilities:_

Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:


  • Branch Management
  • Oversee branchwide operations to ensure seamless and effective functioning.
  • Manage and enhance the customer experience by promptly addressing all grievances, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Maintain "Best In Class" facilities by coordinating with service providers for repairs and upkeep.
  • Be accountable for recruitment across the branch, utilizing proficient recruitment and selection techniques to uphold a highly skilled and cohesive team across all departments.
  • Monitor and assess expenditures, encompassing overhead costs, employee salaries, and payable invoices.
  • Manage and oversee multiple personnel shift patterns

Parts & Service Operations

  • Lead a highquality team of Parts and Service professionals by fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation and professional development.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service labour quality, adequate stock levels, and a high level of customer service.
  • Oversee Work-InProcess work with Service Foreman and Parts Leadhand to maintain excellent results in efficiency, productivity, estimates, and timely billing.

Business Development

  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to foster relationships with existing Stahl Peterbilt customers, seize opportunities to grow our customer base, exchange best practices, and effectively address any concerns.

Employment Qualifications:_

  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or customerfacing roles.
  • Leadership experience in team development, fostering positive culture, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles and experience with budgeting and financial analysis is considered a strong asset.
  • Passing a preemployment medical and criminal record check is required prior to hiring.
