Compensation: $22 per hour
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing operational support and handling various transactions for the Operations and Business Services function. Contributing to analysis and reporting on projects to enhance operating processes and service quality.
Job requirements:
- Execute transactions accurately and timely following guidelines and SLAs
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Improve service delivery
- Support partners with transactions and information validation
- Respond to partner requests promptly
- Prioritize workload to meet SLA requirements
- Stay informed on regulations and industry trends
- Exercise discretion and handle confidential information
- Complete business processes accurately and timely
- Provide ideas for process improvement
- Escalate high-risk activities as necessary
- Adhere to operational frameworks and policies
- Comply with Code of Conduct
- Performance measures include meeting SLAs, deadlines, team interaction, quality of work, and productivity
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
2+ years of Administrative experience
Effective time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Adaptable, willing to learn, and tech-savvy
Understanding of risk compliance
Punctual, reliable, organized, and hardworking
Nice to have: Previous banking industry experience
Flexibility in working hours
Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
