Job Description*The Opportunity:We, at Flywire, are seeking a North American Payment Specialist

  • Maintain Flywire's North American Payments Network by owning payments account management, daily relationship management, performance management, business reporting, and special projects that enhance the network.
  • Monitor Flywire's payment network performance by creating reports to track key metrics like conversion, cost, completion rates and identifying/implementing improvements.
  • Make recommendations for optimizations to the network based on gaps or opportunities you identify.
  • Guide Flywire's North American payment strategy by analyzing volume allocation, partner selection options and routing optimization.
  • Support the payments team with strategic projects by assisting with various key crossfunctional activities such as (but not limited to): handling client inquiries, analyzing opportunities to gain new clients/business and reporting progress to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to drive execution of payments objectives.
