As the Manager, Marketing and Communications, you will report to the Managing Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Business Development, with a reporting line to the Executive Director of Strategic Communications. You'll be the creative force behind innovative marketing ideas and promotional strategies for our Specialized Programs.

Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to craft and execute marketing tactics tailored to each program within your assigned portfolio. Working in close tandem with the Director and Assistant Directors of Recruitment & Admissions, you will devise and implement marketing initiatives to raise awareness about our programs and meet enrollment targets.

The core responsibilities of the Manager, Marketing & Communications include:

  • Marketing & Communications

Furthermore, you will supervise the development, production, delivery, and accuracy of all external communication materials, ensuring they align with broader marketing goals and brand standards of the department and the school.

Key tasks entail:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans to showcase programs, events, or initiatives that align with strategic goals
  • Formulating and implementing marketing strategies to bolster business growth and revenue-generating efforts
  • Evaluating and choosing data collection methods and research analysis techniques
  • Designing and supervising the implementation of evaluation frameworks for designated projects

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of marketing and communications background, preferably in a university setting
  • Proficiency in creating strategic marketing plans and executing integrated marketing and communication projects
  • Familiarity with online marketing and popular social media platforms
  • Experience in market analysis, competitor research, and proposal writing
  • Demonstrated ability to outsource graphic design and creative services
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Effective project management skills with a proven history of handling various marketing communication projects efficiently
  • Strong copywriting and editing abilities, with exceptional English language skills
  • Assets (Nonessential):
  • Familiarity with management education issues for professionals and executives in a business school context is advantageous
  • Experience with content management systems is beneficial
