Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service including checkin/out of guests and handling concerns and inquiries
- Basic administrative duties
- Handles cash, cheques, credit and debit card transactions in accordance with policies
- Answering phone, booking reservations
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front desk area
- Representing the company and brand with positive guest interactions
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Computer savvy with a variety of software including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Customer service with friendly demeanor
- Superior written and oral communication
- Punctual and reliable
Previous experience with hotel administration an asset
