The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring guests at the property have a satisfying stay.
**What will YOU be doing as a Front Desk Agent**:
- Greet guests upon their arrival and provide a hospitable welcome.
- Record client information in the system and direct them to their designated rooms.
- Receive calls, conduct room reservations, and verify existing bookings.
- Process customer payments and present them with the final bill upon check-out.
- Keeping the front desk neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times.
**What YOU bring to the table**:
- Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and listening abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying and extended shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Attention to detail to ensure an error-free work environment.
- Effective organization and time-management skills
**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Flagstaff County, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
