Vickar Ford is recruiting a full-time Receptionist who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative services for dealership staff and act as front-line contact for customers and facility guests.


MUST BE AVAILABLE:
Alternating Mon & Tue evenings and Saturdays 9am-6pm.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote a positive environment through exemplary first impression, conduct and attitude.
  • Operate a multiline telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate departments and staff.
  • Ensure the reception/work area is always neat, clean, and free of open confidential information.
  • Distribute mail and coordinate all courier pickups.
  • Various other administrative and customer service duties as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High degree of resourcefulness to resolve issues independently.
  • Must be organized and able to multitask during periods of high workload.
