Job Opportunity at World Exchange Plaza

  • Full-Time (Temporary) position
  • Hours: Continental Rotation
  • Pay Rate: $19.05/hour

Responsibilities

  • Dispatching alarm and incident responses
  • Managing scheduling changes and documenting information accurately
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders during emergencies
  • Providing necessary briefings to management and staff
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in a Control room with CCTV & Access Card System
  • Valid Security License for Ontario
  • Valid First Aid Certificate Level C
  • Proof of 2 COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Proficiency with Windows OS and Office software
  • Familiarity with Tracktik is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Operations Centre or Mobile Driver experience preferred
