What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg Do ?:

  • Maintain a safe and Secure environment
  • Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
  • Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
  • Laws on the client's site.
  • Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
  • Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Coordinate response to the incidents.
  • Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
  • Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
  • Provide Excellent customer service.

Qualification to become Security Guard in Winnipeg:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have Full driving license and Clear driving abstract.
  • Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
  • Previous experience in Radio usage
  • Strong Team working and Public relation skills.
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Must have Tactical experience with previous experience in Deescalation
  • Customer service oriented
  • Must be able to work Day shifts.
  • Leadership and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment
