We are currently seeking experienced Production Administrator to join our team.

The position requires you to manage:
Administrative Duties

  • Updating of standard Production documents/forms
  • Periodic support towards office maintenance
  • Communication with vendors & clients, existing and potential
  • Office reception, phones, helping with various paperwork etc.
  • Tracking of company owned equipment, vehicles (includes monitoring of maintenance requirements), tools, and inventory items
  • Preparation of documents for eventual filing
  • Some basic bookkeeping (e.g. sending client invoices, matching vendor invoices to purchase orders, completion of electronic applicator reports)
  • Some scheduling of Production resources e.g. carry out daily tasks in support of other Production personnel pickups, demolition etc.
  • Please note: Excel, Word, and Sage Accounting(preffered) are software prerequisites for this position
Purchasing Duties

  • Generation of all purchase orders related to project scope of work (includes all relevant stages of a Renovation demo through finishing etc.)
  • Monitoring of supply levels and generation of all purchase orders related to inventory/stock replenishment
  • Recognition of signed change orders that may require additional purchase orders
  • Communication with Production Supervisors to facilitate efficient timing of purchases and subsequent delivery or pickups
  • Constant price evaluation/negotiation to determine best vendors to use for identical or similar products

Reporting to our General Manager and Vice President, you'll be an integral part of bringing our clients dream renovation to life.

This is a full time, hourly position. Compensation will be negotiated based on experience.
