As we expand our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Client Success Manager (French & English) who can become an expert on forging strong relationships with new and existing clients in to automotive industry.
  • Proactively partner with our Dealer partners, facilitating discussions about their expansion by leveraging 's suite of products.
  • Collaborate with your team to analyze our client's monthly outcomes and devise actionable strategies to elevate their performance, using our suite of products.
  • Expand our product portfolio by strategically introducing clients to additional and new AVA products; guiding them seamlessly through the journey from introduction to successful adoption. This initiative broadens clients' capabilities, enabling them to stay ahead of their competition.
  • Maintain client relationships and assist clients with generating success across our products and services.
  • Maintain seamless collaboration with your colleagues to ensure top-notch service delivery to our clients by updating notes and activities within our CRM, Zoho.
  • Forge strong relationships with our clients by becoming a trusted advisor, using consultative sales techniques, strategically building a loyal client base, and enhancing overall revenue generation.
  • Serve as a recognized industry expert, offering valuable insights and best practices to our clients. Leverage this expertise to empower our clients to make informed decisions and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the automotive sector.
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback, advocating on their behalf for product enhancements and improvements.
  • Foster and cultivate the trust and loyalty of our clients by swiftly addressing client issues and concerns, leveraging internal resources and escalation processes when required, to ensure a timely resolution has been discovered and actioned with the client.
  • Foster open dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, being a champion of transparency to enhance operational efficiency and drive collective success across


Requirements
  • Proven track record of success providing support in a high-growth SaaS Organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-2 Years of automotive experience, specifically sales processes, systems & internal operations is a strong asset
  • Ability to respond to customer requests effectively and proactively
  • Understanding of the GAP sales methodology.
  • A high sense of urgency combined with strong thought leadership is considered an asset.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a positive attitude
