The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager.

The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving the successful adoption and ongoing engagement of our IoT products and services within government sectors.

This role requires someone with a robust understanding of IoT technology, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain government secret clearance.


Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer objectives, and align our IoT solutions to achieve their strategic goals.
Monitor and report on the health of the customer relationship and product performance.
Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover additional growth opportunities.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to address customer challenges and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Advocate for customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and track problem resolution.
Provide insights to the product development team on government client needs and market trends.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations in the deployment and management of IoT solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the IoT or tech industry.

Active Government Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Strong understanding of IoT technologies and their applications within government operations.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
