Day to Day Responsibilities Perform tire removal, installation, and repair services safely for commercial tires. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating, and installing repaired, or, replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures. Conduct diagnostics, evaluate reparability of damage, choose and complete proper repair methods. Keen willingness to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment. Opportunity to progress to Service Truck Qualifications and Success You have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot. Valid driver's license. Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs. Safety mindset, ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
